Enjoy A Caribbean pilotage Cruise Vacation: See As Many Islands As possible

When you go off on vacation, you are typically going to get to see one or two islands. Some of the island adventures that you are going to go on may leave you wishing you had more time to see even more islands. Some of them, like the Virgin Islands, part of the Lesser Antilles, or the smaller islands of the Windward Islands are so close to one another that you could roughly dance on the shores of one from the music you hear on another. The more islands you can see while your Caribbean pilotage cruise vacation, the happier you will be.

When you talk about the Caribbean, you commonly come up with the names of the most noted islands, together with the Us Virgin Islands, St. Croix, St. Thomas and St. John, as well as the British Virgin Islands, Tortola and Virgin Gorda. But there are many others, and a amount of island groups to select from. Fantasize being able to sail from the Lucayan Archipelago and then around to the Greater Antilles, the Lesser Antilles and the Windward Islands. Any trip that allows you to see Jamaica and then later to sail to Aruba or to Martinique can't be all that bad, right?

Turquoise

Regardless of which islands that you go to while your Caribbean pilotage cruise vacation, you will have a beautiful time, exploring the sandy beaches, interacting with the locals and shopping and eating in the exotic locations. pilotage is a great way to voyage because you will see the island as you arrival and you can have a better foresight of where you just came from as you sail away. You miss all of that when you voyage by an airplane.

When you go off on a pilotage adventure, you go back to the slower days of travel, but you also get another advantage: the leisure of being out on the open sea, communing with nature, and wearing the turquoise blue sky like a hat as it spreads out above you as far as the eye can see.

Scuba Diving The Cayman Islands - Destinations And Dive Sites

Scuba diving is, for those who take part regularly, the extreme fly from the world you leave behind. You can fly and take yourself on an adventure to see things which you otherwise never would. You enter an hostile environment in relative safety. You see maritime life and artefacts which you would never genuinely feel otherwise.

One of the best dives that I have done recently was off the shore of Grand Cayman. Stingray City is the nickname of the site. I was taken there by Divers Down, who also offer a hire assistance for small groups or groups of up to 16 people. They also take you to much quieter areas, where you will not encounter so many cruise ship passengers causing mayhem.

Turquoise

The fish were amazing. If you plan to do any Scuba diving in Grand Cayman then Stingray city is a must. Just a ten miniature boat ride across the gorgeous Grand Cayman Northsound, will take you to this world predominant dive site. In only 12 feet of clear warm turquoise water-protected by the wall reef-you can interact with dozens of amiable Southern Stingrays. After the short boat ride out to Stingray City, the staff briefed us on how to interact with these gentle playful and cheeky stingrays.
They come right up to you, and you must hold your nerve! They come and nibble food right out of your hand. Apparently this happens nowhere else on Earth as these fish are normally timid and are not normally so trustworthy.

CARIBBEAN ISLANDS

CARIBBEAN ISLANDS Video Clips. Duration : 26.43 Mins.

Haiti is the starting point of this journey in the Caribbean. Since the time of Columbus, it has been the European idyll of paradise set amid a distant ocean. But beyond the dream is the fact that its original inhabitants were wiped out and replaced with African slaves. Now independent states have gradually emerged from the dark shadows of an inglorious past. They inhabit a tropical world, an exotic Caribbean island that consists of Haiti and the Dominican Republic. The Arawak Indians named the island, Hayti, Land of Mountains, and later Columbus changed the name to Hispanola. Wonderful beaches and golden sand, tropical rainforests that reach almost to the sea and crystal clear turquoise water, a perfect place to relax in one of the most beautiful regions in the world. Jamaica is another Caribbean paradise and its second largest city, Montego Bay, is the starting point for tourists from all over the world. Harmony Hall is the name of an immaculate manor house situated on a turn of the century plantation, and James Bond Beach was once the winter retreat of English author, Ian Fleming. Kingston is the capital of Jamaica and the island's political, economic and cultural centre, a former pirate stronghold that is a lively mixture of joie de vivre and reggae. Nassau is the capital of New Providence Island and is only one of more than 700 islands in the Bahaman archipelago. It is visited by huge cruise liners that can be seen from everywhere, as they overshadow the city's ...
